Gen 5 is a highly effective surface sanitiser developed to control a wide range of pathogens including Listeria in food processing facilities. The unique formulation allows easy application by spraying equipment including knapsacks.

Deep treatment Antimicrobial protection for High Risk Areas. Food processing, production, food safety & hygiene areas where powerful bacterial control is required.

Performance
Exterior Mould/Moss Treatment: Dilute 1L with 6L of water. Use a Napsack Sprayer to apply. Allow to dry.
Heavy Pathogen Infestations (drains): Dilute 1L with 4L of water. Leave in drains overnight. Then rinse with water.
Foodbaths: 100mls per 10 litre of water = 800ppm
Plant Sanitising: 50mls per 10 litres of water = 400ppm

Safe Practice
Saturate the surface to be treated by spray
Heavy infestations may require a second treatment
All food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production recommences
If used to control biofilm application should be carried out fortnightly
Always wear the appropriate PPE: Safety glasses, Gloves, Gumboots, Overalls
